BLACKTOWN CITY BOOSTED BY MAJOR SIGNING

In a huge boost to Blacktown City FC’s Premiership and Finals Series aspirations, the club has resigned one of its favorite son’s, Travis Major, following the reopening of the Transfer Window.

The 32-year-old will add some much-needed spice and spark to Blacktown City’s attack as they hope to turn some heads with six matches remaining.

Major was in sizzling form during the 2021 NPL NSW Men’s campaign where he scored 12 goals in 16 matches before he departed for the Punjab State Super Football League (I-League) where he played with the RoundGlass Punjab FC side.

Major is expected to line-up against the Northbridge Bulls this Sunday at Blacktown City Sports Centre where he hopes to light up the venue once again with his goals and 100% work ethic.

In what’s been seen as one of the tightest NPL NSW Men’s competition races yet, Blacktown City currently sit in sixth place, four points adrift of current league leaders Manly United.
