Blacktown City FC lost one of its favourite sons yesterday with the passing of Graham Crawhall. A Life Member of our club, GC, as he was affectionately known to all his colleagues, was an ornament to the game and best mate to our Head of Football, Mark Crittenden. The right hand man of Critto, he came to the club in 2004 and served 13 years as Manager of our Senior football team. Throughout that time he was aFather Figure to so many players. His presence was a guiding light in building the successful culture of Blacktown City and his smile was infectious to all who met him.
In 2022, Football NSW awarded GC the prestigious ‘Charles Valentine’ medal for his commitment, passion and dedication to the game he so loved.
His input to Blacktown City, and all of football in NSW, will be remembered forever as a ‘TRUE’ legend of Blacktown City Football Club.
